The Workshop
The Workshop caters anywhere from 10 to 200 people depending on your style of event. The room comes fully equipped with a state of the art AV system, you are welcome to take advantage of our ceiling mounted projector, electronic screen, wireless microphone and surround sound system, making your event easy, accessible and sophisticated. This sound engineered space will leave you rest assured there will be no issues with outside distractions, sound echoing or noise restrictions, making it perfect for quiet meetings or loud bands. The space also comes fully climate controlled and is perfect for any weather or season with ducted air-conditioning and heating. To top it all off, The Workshop is completely private and even comes with your own laneway entrance, keeping you completely separate from the restaurant.

The Team
Our dedicated Event Manager, Ellie Crandell will work with you to create your event. With years of knowledge and experience she can provide a range of recommendations to help you deliver a sophisticated event.

Menu Options
We are committed to delivering hand-crafted restaurant quality meals made with fresh, local ingredients by our Executive Chef, Matthew Jenkins. We offer a range cocktail, alternate drop, share feasting and day delegate packages, tailored to suit your event’s budget and needs. Please enquire with details about your event to receive a customised package and quote.

Boutique Beverage Selection
We are passionate about craft beers and boutique wines here at Factory 51, and have sourced a range of local craft beers on tap and pristine wines to complement our unique and tasty dishes. You have the option to please your guests with a beverage package or set up a bar tab.

Parking
For day events, you can access free street parking or secure paid parking within 100 metres of the venue. Night time events can also enjoy the luxury of endless free parking directly next door.
