Our pasta begins with a long fermentation process that enhances flavour and improves digestion. From there, we hand-shape every piece and pair it with sauces that showcase quality ingredients. Whether you try the duck ragù or the crab and coral trout ravioli, the flavours are deep and memorable.

Authentic Woodfired Pizza
Each dough ball is fermented for 96 hours and stretched to order. After that, we fire it in our imported Forno Bravo oven. The crust comes out airy, crisp, and beautifully blistered. Toppings like soppressa, truffle oil, and fior di latte add elegance to every slice.
