Brisbane Functions Packages
Factory 51 is the perfect venue for a wide range of events. The Workshop function room caters for events of up to 156 people seated and up-to 200 people cocktail style, whilst delivering restaurant quality meals and canapés made with fresh, local ingredients. Or beautifully themed room is perfect for more intimate events and we have several different layout options to make the room more cosy.
These events include cocktail events, birthday parties, social functions, engagement parties and charity events. It’s also widely used as a wedding venue. For our Wedding information, please see our wedding page.
The room is blessed with rustic red brick walls, polished concrete floors, exposed steel beams, a giant crystal chandelier, festoon lighting and a private entrance. The room also boasts a private marble bar and laneway alfresco area. The state of the art room is fully climate controlled with extra air conditioning units placed on the dance floor for those guests to love to dance. The concrete floor has also been polished which allows for spontaneous fun anywhere in the room. The Workshop is soundproof to 105 dbc, making it perfect for those events with Dj’s and Bands.

Our Executive Chef Matt Jenkins is passionate about cooking from scratch with the freshest ingredients and handcrafts all of our menus to give your guests the delicious hand made events food that they have been craving.
Cocktail Soirée; We offer a selection of delicious canapés and cocktail dishes, all made from scratch here at Factory 51. Our canapé offering is flexible to your events budget and needs.
Seated Menu; If your after a seated lunch or dinner event, our chef has crafted a delicious premium restaurant quality menu that is served alternate drop on long rows of our handmade timber trestle tables.
Share Feasting Menus; We love to host our Share Feast at Factory 51, with mouthwatering main dishes and substantial sides placed down the middle of the table for your guests to feast on. This style of menu is the elegant modern version of a buffet with amazing and scrumptious Italian inspired food, that inspires conversation and laughter and satisfies the mightiest of appetites.
Boutique Beverages Selection
We are passionate about craft beers and boutique wines at Factory 51. We have sourced local craft beers and wines for the package to complement our high standard of food.
For our event, you can choose to offer you guests a bar tab or a beverage package. Please find our selection below.
Premium Regional Wines $42/btl: The Long Paddock Sparkling, Sauv Blanc & Pinot Grigio (Victoria), Three Brothers Shiraz (Mclaren Vale), The Farm Cabernet Blend (Margaret River)
Craft Beer On Tap $8.50/390ml gls: Hills Apple Cider, Stone and Wood Pacific Ale, Fortitude Drifter Charger Larger & Lucy Session Ale (mid).

We also have a large range of Spirits available, from $8.50/gls (bar tab only). This selection can be customised for your event to provide guests with their favourite spirit.

You are more than welcome to provide styling for your event, however we can also provide tea light candles, and gold candelabras to make your event sparkle. To add an extra special touch to your event, we recommend www.nextevent.com.au who have amazing synthetic flower walls, arbours, cherry blossom trees, green trees, custom back drops, dessert display tables, donut bars and extravagant balloon features. They are also very affordable and give amazing service.
