Over the past year, Kailyn Jackson has led our events as Functions Manager, ensuring each celebration runs seamlessly from start to finish. When Kailyn took time off for her own wedding, Carling Witherington from Withasee, stepped in to provide the same heartfelt coordination that couples have come to expect from Factory 51.
From October 2025 onwards, Courtney McGuffie returns part-time from maternity leave, reuniting the powerhouse duo that so many couples adore. Together, Courtney and Kailyn will guide future couples with empathy, organisation, and an unwavering passion for creating perfect days. Their teamwork reflects Factory 51’s signature strength: a personalised approach where communication, experience, and warmth come together to deliver an unforgettable wedding experience.
