We’re excited to announce the launch of Factory51’s 2024 wedding packages! Featuring shared feasting experiences, alternate drop menus, and cocktail canapé packages, there’s something to suit all your dreamy wedding visions for 2024.
Factory51 is Brisbane’s rustic and romantic wedding venue. The Workshop is our stunning reception space located down a private laneway in a uniquely glamorous setting with soaring brick walls and a pitched ceiling. Hanging from the industrial webbed steal beams showcases a stunning crystal chandelier that overlooks a unique jade green marble bar and private outdoor terrace. Factory51 provides first class catering for either a seated dinner or cocktail style celebration. The Workshop at Factory51 offers you a truly unique and memorable experience that will have your guests in awe. Our dedicated and passionate team look forward to being a part of your special day!
Factory51 provides first class catering for up to 153 guests for a seated alternate drop dinner, 114 seated shared feast, or up to 180 guests for a cocktail style celebration.

Ceremony Package
We host heartfelt ceremonies in our main functions and events space, The Workshop. Upon concluding your ceremony, guests are invited into the adjoining bar and alfresco area for drinks and mingling, as you spend some time with your photographer. For privacy, we draw our floor to ceiling black velvet curtain across the space, allowing our staff to reset for your reception reveal.
Inclusions:
- Black Americana chairs for all your guests
- Timber signing table
- Set up of your reception upon conclusion
- Pre-reception terrace party for up to 120 people
- Ceremony rehearsal if required (must be prearranged)
- Surround sound system with wireless microphone
- Up to 2.5 hours provided on top of your reception Package

Tuesday–Thursday | 50% off ceremony package + $20pp off all reception packages
Friday’s & Sunday’s | 20% off ceremony package + $10pp off all reception packages

We have no venue hire fees, and our wedding packages have ALL the following inclusions:
- Floor plan and run sheet guidance from our Functions Manager
- On-site Functions Coordinator and staffing on the night
- Venue access from 10am on your Wedding day (11am Sundays)
- Table service for food and beverages
- Your Wedding cake cut and served on platters
- Silver cake knife for your Wedding cake
- Hand-made timber tables with black Americana chairs
- Black velvet ottoman lounges
- Timber high bar tables and stools
- Stunning 2-metre diameter crystal chandelier
- Private outdoor terrace with retractable roof
- Italian crystal stemware and silverware
- Private use of stunning large marble bar
- Wireless microphone with surround sound system
- Data projector and drop down screen
- Use of vases for bridal bouquets
- Black linen napkins
Alternate Drop Wedding Packages
Alternate drop menus are a traditional choice for a seated wedding reception. Our talented team of chefs handcraft delicious meals using the freshest local ingredients.

- Panino, truffle and honey butter
- Select 2 entrées served alternatively

LUXE ALTERNATE DROP PACKAGE
Includes:
- Panino, truffle and honey butter
- Selection of 2 canapes served on arrival

Shared Feasting Wedding Packages
Shared feasts are a beautiful way to break bread with your nearest and dearest. A modern-day twist on the classic buffet, shared feasts are served on risers down the centre of handmade timber tables for you to serve.
CHANDELIER SHARE FEAST PACKAGE
Includes:
- Wood fired sour dough focaccia, garlic & herb butter Porcini mushroom arancini, truffle aioli
- Set menu of 2 slow cooked mains and 4 side dishes
- Your wedding cake cut and served on platters
NEW! THE ITALIAN SHARED FEAST EXPERIENCE
Includes:
- First Course: Charcuterie, Antipasti & Woodfired Sourdough Garlic & Herb Focaccia
- Second Course: Set menu of 2 pasta entrees and a side salad
- Third Course: Set menu of 2 slow cooked mains and 4 side dishes
- Fourth Course: House churned dark chocolate gelato, candied almonds

Cocktail Canapé Wedding Packages
The heavenly smell of woodfired focaccia will greet your guests as it’s served on arrival. Our cocktail packages give you an array of cold and warm canapés to choose from, along with wood-fired pizza square canapés. A fork dish ensures that no one has a grumbling belly! Your wedding cake will be cut and served platter-style, or you can opt for the addition of dessert canapés.

Includes:
- Woodfired Sourdough Garlic & Herb Focaccia served on arrival
- Choice of seven canapés
- Selection of one fork dish

LUXE CANAPE PACKAGE

Wedding Beverage Package or Wedding Bar Tab?
Our wedding reception packages let you choose between an All-Inclusive 5-hour beverage package, or a Flexible mix and match bar tab. We offer two tiers of beverages through our Chandelier Package and Bespoke Package, both including premium boutique wines, local craft beers, and a selection of soft drinks and juice.
