We’re excited to announce the launch our 2023 wedding packages! Featuring shared feasting, alternate drop menus, and cocktail canapé packages, there’s something to suit the dreamiest of wedding visions for Brisbane couples saying ‘I do’ in 2023.
Factory51 is Brisbane’s romantic and industrial chic wedding venue. The Workshop is our stunning reception space located down a private laneway in a uniquely glamorous setting with soaring brick walls and a pitched ceiling. Hanging from the rustic webbed steel beams is a breathtaking crystal chandelier that overlooks a unique jade green marble bar and private outdoor terrace. Factory51 offers you a truly unique and memorable experience that will leave your guests in awe.
Factory51 provides first class catering for up to 153 guests for a seated dinner or up to 180 guests for a cocktail style celebration.

Ceremony Package
We comfortably and conveniently host intimate ceremonies set up in the main dining hall. Upon conclusion of your ceremony, guests are invited into the bar and terrace area for drinks and mingling whilst you are off getting your photos. A floor to ceiling black velvet curtain is drawn whilst the staff reset your reception in privacy.
Inclusions:
- Black Americana chairs for all your guests
- Timber signing table
- Set up of your reception upon conclusion
- Pre-reception terrace party for up to 120 people
- Ceremony rehearsal if required (must be prearranged)
- Surround sound system with wireless microphone
- Up to 2.5 hours provided on top of your reception Package

Fancy a Mid-Week Wedding?
Let us tell you why we’re big fans of the weekday wedding: you can choose a meaningful date; availability of your wedding venue and dream team of suppliers is likely to be better; and midweek weddings are more cost-effective. As one of Brisbane’s best mid-week wedding venues, we offer the following sweeteners for Tuesday – Thursday bookings:

- $20pp off all reception packages

Alternate Drop Wedding Packages
Alternate drop menus are a traditional choice for a seated wedding reception. Our talented team of chefs handcraft delicious meals using the freshest local ingredients. Guests will each receive a freshly baked bread roll (who doesn’t love those?!), before our friendly staff serve entrees and mains alternate drop. Enjoy your wedding cake served on platters for a sweet finishing touch. Our Platinum Package also offers the choice of alternate drop dessert, plus a selection of canapes on arrival.

PLATINUM ALTERNATE DROP PACKAGE

Shared Feasting Wedding Packages
Shared feasts are a beautiful way to break bread with your nearest and dearest. A modern-day twist on the classic buffet, shared feasts are served on risers down the centre of handmade timber tables for you to serve. Guests will revel in mouthfuls of delicious Italian-inspired fare, with a generously portioned menu. We love the intimate communal dining feel of share feasting and know you will too!
CHANDELIER SHARE FEAST PACKAGE
Includes:
- Charcuterie, Antipasti & Woodfired Bread served on arrival
- Set menu of 3 slow cooked mains and 5 side dishes
- Wedding cake cut and served on platters
PLATINUM SHARE FEAST PACKAGE
Includes:
- Cheese, Charcuterie, Antipasti & Woodfired Bread served on arrival
- Set menu of 3 slow cooked mains and 5 side dishes
- Dessert Canapes (2pp) served roaming style or on platters to tables
- Wedding cake cut and served on platters
Cocktail Canapé Wedding Packages
The heavenly smell of woodfired focaccia will greet your guests as it’s served on arrival. Our cocktail packages give you an array of cold and warm canapés to choose from, along with woodfired pizza square canapés. A fork dish ensures that no one needs a post-wedding Maccas run! As with our alternate drop packages and shared feasting packages, your wedding cake will be cut and served platter-style, or you can opt for the addition of dessert canapes.
CHANDELIER CANAPE PACKAGE
Includes:
- Woodfired focaccia served on arrival
- Choice of seven canapés (minimum 2 cold)
- Selection of one fork dish
- Wedding cake cut and served on platters
PLATINUM CANAPE PACKAGE
Includes:
- Woodfired focaccia served on arrival
- Choice of nine canapés (minimum 2 cold)
- Selection of one fork dish
- Selection of 2 dessert canapés

Who doesn’t love a sneaky add-on?! We give you the chance to customise your wedding your way with the following optional extras in our 2023 wedding packages:

Wedding Beverage Package or Wedding Bar Tab?
Our wedding reception packages let you choose between an All-Inclusive 5-hour beverage package, or a Flexible mix and match bar tab. We offer two tiers of beverages through our Chandelier Package and Bespoke Package, both including premium boutique wines, local craft beers, and a selection of soft drinks and juice.
Factory51 also offer a range of optional beverage additions to make your beverage menu more exciting. Choose from:

Would you like Help with your Wedding Styling?
With its rustic brick walls and suspended crystal chandelier, our Brisbane wedding venue is already full of romantic character and rustic charm. But, if you’re after a little something extra, we offer the following styling options for your wedding reception:
- Olive Branch or Silver Dollar Eucalyptus spread down the tables with fairy lights
- Golden candelabras in 20cm and 40cm lengths with tapered white candle sticks
- Assorted gold tealight votives with tealights
- Set up of your personal items including place cards, menus, floral arrangements, candles, etc
